The Pre-Filming Conversation: A relaxed phone consultation prior to recording to outline key milestones, favorite stories, and cherished themes you want to celebrate. You can take part in this planning together.

The Filming: Approximately thirty minutes of relaxed conversation talking about life over a cup of coffee. No memorized lines, no intimidating pressure—just natural, heartfelt storytelling guided with care.
